CANCELLED – (MAR TO MAY 2021) – Our planned course will not be offered in 2021.
We’ve concluded it’s not feasible to hold the Seeds to Table course in 2021. Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, our green-house venue is currently not available. We discussed other options such as a Zoom course but realized that too much would be lost in that format. Our students have consistently given the course high marks for the combination of hands-on experience and classroom lectures.
We look forward to offering this course in the greenhouse/classroom in March 2022. Registration will open in November 2021.
NOTE – all students who previously registered should have heard from us. If you haven’t been contacted, please EMAIL us.
